Christmas Tree Disposal
Currently the City of Georgetown does not have a recycling program, but you may dispose of your trees the following ways:
TDS will take Christmas trees & citizens can get that mulch for free (not to be confused with the nice mulch that they sell there).
Brush Disposal
Please refer to the information on the Sanitation Information page, http://georgetown.org/departments/sanitation/
Trees on Utility Lines
If trees or limbs are in roadways or touching utility lines, please contact Georgetown Utility Systems at (512) 930-3555 until 11:00pm. On weekends or emergencies, contact the Georgetown Police Services at (512) 930-3510.
